Oracle 10g 10.2.0.1 RAC ORA-12520
这个错误非常常见，之前在单机上遇到过一次，处理办法是设置local_listener，这次照样先类似的处理下看看如何。

注意，填写的是VIP的IP地址。
如上设置后问题解决，真要命，这个真不知道什么时候该填什么时候不用填，单机和rac，我都看到有的填有的没填。
