系统rails中安装了 haml gem即可在系统中使用

问题：通过git或者把系统中的haml gem unpack到vendor/gems中，如果environment.rb中不配置config.gem，haml模板还是解析不了。

在haml2.0中，first:html.erb ,second: html.haml
