No visible constructors in class com.java.spring.factory.PersonServicesFactory

解决方案：
把指定的com.java.spring.factory.PersonServicesFactory类中的构造方法的访问修饰符改成public即可；
原因是因为Spring容器初始化时，访问不到共有的构造方法，从而无法创造Bean实例;
