ExtJS的TabPanel在FF中重复加载Flash的解决方案

   这种问题只出现在FF上，在IE下是没有问题的，我一直没时间去搞，最后在国外的论坛找到了答案，

   贴下代码就解决问题了，只是一句话而已！好多人啰嗦一大堆
