Some tips for more powerful communication(I)

Today's lesson, Rick give us a material about how to become a more powerful communicator, I'd like to share it with you. These are some tips you can use it to ask yourself and help yourself to check the preparation of your presentation.
The first one is: "Don't be negative.", pay attention to your tone of voice, and considering whether or not you are complaining something with a negative attitude. Try to turning your complaints into requests and see if you notice a difference in how your ideas are received.
The second one is: "Don't share opinions, just give some real stories.", Listeners are much easier to get enrolled in a conversation when the speaker actually shares something meaningful about her/him life. Try to sharing something personal, such as tell a story from your childhood, or to share a vision you have for the future.
The third is: "Try to make a switch, just think you're the current listener.", switch the role is often works in daily life, not just in the presentation.
The fourth is: "Live up your word.", share something you've accomplished that you're proud of. If you have some thing need to accomplish, and ask for help, then the speaker  will not take seriously attention for your speak.
The fifth is: "Create a environment to listening.". Try to arrange a place to give presentation, for example, a coffee part, or just a meeting room. It's not easy to listen to someone in a room where TV's and radio's are in competition with humans.
