这个问题Could not create plugin of type ‘AndroidMavenPlugin’.

然后改了一下版本号

然后还有个问题
Library projects cannot set applicationId. applicationId is set to ‘com.example.util3’ in default config.

defaultConfig {
        //applicationId "com.example.util3"

        targetSdkVersion 28
        versionCode 1
        versionName "1.0"
        testInstrumentationRunner "android.support.test.runner.AndroidJUnitRunner"
    }

把xutil里面的那个注释掉了=.=
