“假装锻炼族”是怎样的一个群体？（双语）

穿着专业的运动服装在公园里走一圈，拍几张自拍发朋友圈，然后就回家打游戏。大家都以为你在挥汗如雨地锻炼，其实，你在家里躺着看片。你身边有这样的“假装锻炼族”吗？

运动场上的“假装锻炼族”

A workout impostor is someone who walks around in workout or gym-like clothingto give the effect that they have worked out or gone to the gym today or areplanning to work out or go to the gym today when in reality they have not orare not going to.

Workout impostor指穿着体育锻炼或健身的服装四处走动，让人感觉他们刚锻炼完或者正准备去锻炼，而实际上，他们根本没有去锻炼也没有这个打算。我们可以说他们是“假装锻炼族”。

One usually does this to take a selfie and share it on social network or tomake oneself feel better about their physique, while in reality they have donenothing to keep fit today.

他们这样做是为了发个自拍到社交网站上，或者提振对自己身材的信心，其实，他们压根就没锻炼或健身。

For example:

Look at that girl in the nike shorts, under armour shirt and asics sneakerswith a pony tail. She is totally a workout impostor. I didn't see her at thetrack or the gym at all today.

看看那个女孩，穿着耐克短裤，安德玛上衣，亚瑟士跑鞋，扎个马尾。她其实就是假装锻炼，我今天根本没有在操场或健身房看到过她。
