Nov. 2018 草莓专题之 Giving Thanks

Teaching kids to be grateful and learning to show our appreciation is a big part of the Thanksgiving season.

爸爸妈妈们，有跟宝贝们讨论过 “感恩” 这个话题吗？在这个感恩节的11月份，我们要不要带着孩子一起来讨论看看，在我们的生活中，有哪些事/物/人 是需要我们去感谢的呢？

晚上睡觉前，可以跟宝贝们聊聊天，问问看，What are you thankful for today? 或者 What are you grateful for today?

从最简单的开始，可以这样说：

I’m thankful for my toys.

I’m thankful for my family and our health.

I’m thankful for my pretty dress/my new cloths.

I’m thankful for having friends.

I’m thankful for ice cream today!

I’m thankful for good weather.

然后，爸爸妈妈可以试问问宝贝们，how should we want to show our appreciation?

Have you cleaned up your toys today?

Have we told our family “I love you” today?

Have you told your friends “thank you for playing with me” today?

Have we gone outside and enjoyed the nice weather today?
