不知从何时开始

I don’t know when it starts.

我们拿着手机在忙碌世界中不停追赶

We hold the mobile phone to catch up

something continuously in the busy world.

失去了心与心之间真正的交流和联系

We have lost the genuine communication and

contact between hearts,

也失去了与我们自己的沟通

And the communication with ourselves.

忙碌，并非生活充实

Business isn’t the abundance of life.

而是源于莫名恐惧，怕自己在浪费生命

But it comes from nameless fear of wasting

our life.

然而，我们懂得放下手机的人

However，we should choose to

put down the phone.

比一味盯着手机屏幕的人更让人感觉亲切和可爱

It will make people feelwarmerand more

lovely than someone who is always staring at the phone screen.

因为只有让心灵真正放松下来

Because only when the heart is turely

relaxed,

我们才更容易展现真实的自己

We can show our real self more easily.

安静思考的越多

The more thinking quietly there are,

内心世界沉淀得也越多

And the more accumulation there will be in our inward world.
