Have you ever thought about the fact that the existence of our human being is an amazing thing.
你是否有想过,我们人类这种物种的存在,本身其实是一件让人惊奇的事情?
We are so elaborate:we can walk rather than crawl,talk instead of just making some noise and we can do so many other complicated jobs,etc.
我们的身体是如此的精巧:我们可以站立行走而非趴在地上;我们可以用言语交谈而不是仅仅发出噪音一片;我们还可以完成其他许多复杂的工作等等等等.
And all this brilliant achievements are all based on our body,our well designed body.(Let's just leave the question that who or what have made us)
而这一切卓越的成就,都是建立在我们得到精细设计的身体上。(我们暂且抛开谁创造了人或者是人类起源的话题不谈.)
But have you ever tried to feel or to make connections with this wonderful treasure that we are born with?

I know many of you Take this as granted.
我知道你们当中的很多人都不把这当回事.
But if you do have a recognition that the mind and the body are not the same thing and have an impulse to connect after reading those words above,here's something you can do.
但如果你的确有意识到心灵和身体不是一回事,并且在读了上面的文字后有想同自己的身体建立链接,去感知它的话,这里有些事情,是你可以做的.

You can do physical exercise to establish an amazing bond between your mind or your soul and your body.
你可以通过健身或者仅仅是一些简单的运动,来在你的心灵,或者说是灵魂和身体之间,建立起一道链接.
As far as i'm concerned,the basis also the core of physical exercise is controlling of our body.
在我看来,运动的本源,同时也是核心,是在于我们对身体的控制。
You need to try hard to do those actions standardly whatever it is trying to keep balance or have your shoulders straight.
你必须要非常努力,才能够把那些动作做标准,无论是保持平衡,还是时时刻刻收紧肩膀。
This is a period where you need to control your body through which you can make connections:you use your mind and you make actions with muscles controlled.
这是一个你可以通过控制自己的身体进而建立起链接的过程:你运用你的脑力,去控制肌肉,然后完成动作。

Those power or strength exercise needs higher control of your muscles—— you need to finish those actions without sparing any efforts in order to get bigger.
那些力量/无氧训练,需要更多的对肌肉的把控——你若想大,必须要不留余力的完成那些动作。
And whenever you do that, when you reach or get near to the mental summit and then the limit of your muscle,you will feel those muscles tremble,you stay there and finish it.
每当你这么尝试的时候,当你先到达精神的顶点然后再推向机理的极限的时候,你会感觉到肌肉的颤抖,你在那儿坚持住,精神和身体都坚持住,然后完成训练。
You will feel satisfied ,mentally ,and inevitably a lot sore,physically.

This is not only about physical limit but also were even more about mental limit.
这不仅仅是关乎生理(肌肉)的极限,更多的是关乎人精神层面上的突破。
We are used to the comfort zone, whenever we feel tired or more, like exausted, we tend to give up,but at that moment, under that circumstance, i suppose you can make some breakthrough, with the combination of your body and mind.
我们总是习惯待在舒适区里,每当我们感到疲倦甚至更进一步,有点力竭的时候,我们脑子里的第一反应是放弃,但是在你体能训练的那个最后关头,在那个情形下,我想,你能够通过身体和精神的结合,实现一些突破。
About the cardios,I'd like to Describe this as a journey to discover your amazing body.
接着,另一方面,关于有氧,我想把这描绘成一场发掘你令人赞叹的身体的旅程。
Just as i've told you that we have amazing body which enables us to accomplish many brilliant things,So don't you really want to Feel what's really under our fat(Maybe) skin?
正如我先前所提到的,我们有着一副能够完成许多卓越工作的美妙躯体,你就不想探寻一下,在这副躯体的皮囊之下,究竟藏有什么令人赞叹的事物吗?
Every time you try to lose some fat, you take a further step closer to your soul, to your heart.

No matter it's power or cardios,if you want to make some accomplishment or achievement,you have to push forward,push harder and finish those actions again and again.
The breakthrough you can make is more about mental rather than physical only when you have a strong mind which pushes harder or shout at you with"one more time" words then can you finish the job.
This may help you gain some strong connections.
这些可能能够帮助你建立起很强的链接。
But if you just want to establish or feel those connections weak almost to zero, just shake your hands and shoulders and do some stretches, listening to those fainted sounds made by bones, I'm sure you can feel something.
但是如果你仅仅是想初次尝试建立链接,或者是去感受那些从未感受过的感觉虚无缥缈毫无存在的链接的,甩甩手,动动肩,伸伸懒腰,听着骨头发出的松脆声音,我可以确信,你感受到了一些玄妙的东西。
