, As Tai's uncle said, "This world is too complicated, you can't never find all the answers just from only one person.
By the mother cow and little cow example: the real training/learning is not audial, not visual, not practicing blindly, but by osmosis.
, According to the *The Selfish Gene, *self-learning ability is fundamental. If we're programmed to speak a language but born in a another language, we will die. The ultimate goal of 67 steps is you walk of it and start your own journey. Not just reading books, or learning slowly like average people. But picking up inpersonal mentors and learn by osmosis.
, Mentors are close to the end game goal you want. They are 10 or 20 years ahead of your path. Be around with them and learn how they act and talk.
, Law 33%: 16h awake time, 1/3 time with people below you, 1/3 around people equal you, 1/3 time learn from people ahead of you.
, Don't be cocky&picky to perfect mentors, there is no professional mentors. Coz they must be busy in real effort. You want to tough, you want to be hard, that's how you achieve greatness.
, What we do to find a mentor? Not a big deal.
, You must be a learning machine. Watch and learn.
, 18 months relation plan. Give presents
, Get on the right boat, where bring up by tide. Form long-term relationship, be reciprocal, be interested. Nobody is smart enough to think about everything just by themselves.

I have a variety of people that I have learned from. This is due to learning at different levels. I respect their composure during difficult situations and how they maneuver around certain problems. This has to do with the smallest of things of from walking and carrying oneself to speaking, dialogue and holding the attention of an audience. Confidence. I have learned from another on the real estate side but have peaked with him and now motivated about finding high level mentors in that area. Tom, Cole, Tai, Dave. For me that has been the hard part, finding a good mentor. In learning through 67 I need to be consistent, persuasive, and have a good plan. I have a passion for real estate and am willing to make more investments in learning. Gaining Knowledge is how to get to the next level and that is a priority.
