Dear Mr. Gibb,

I’m writing on behalf of my boss, Mrs. White, to confirm some information of your flight and provide you with details of your trip arrangement in London.

According to the message I received, you are scheduled to arrived at Heathrow Airport, flight number BA0901 Terminal 2, at 8:10 am, April 5th. I will pick up you at the entrance to the terminal building. There will be no special arrangement on the first day of your arrival in London. We have already booked a room for you at the Wardolf Hilton Hotel, and I hope you will enjoy your stay there.

As per our arrangements, the following day, April 6th, I will show you around our factory at 10 am. The lunch is arranged to be at Golden Ramsay restaurant near the factory. And there will be a meeting at 2pm to discussed details of the proposed contract. After that, Mrs White hopes you will join her for dinner at Alaine Ducasse.

The temprature in London will be about 10℃to 16℃next week and will always be rainy. Please make sure you prepare the appropriate clothes. If you have any questions, please ask me without hesitation. I hope you will enjoy your trip to London and we will have a good cooperation.
