生命的信条

I would rather be ashes than dust!

I would rather that my spark should burn out in a brilliant blaze than it should be stifled by dry-rot.

I would rather be a superb meteor, every atom of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent planet.

The function of man is to live, not to exist.

I shall not waste my days trying to prolong them.

I shall use my time.

我宁愿是燃烧过后飘浮在空中的灰烬也不愿成为地上的尘土！

我宁愿让自己的身体被烈火燃尽迸发转瞬的星彩，也不愿深埋地下任其腐烂。

我宁愿是那一闪而过的流星，在夜空中擦出耀眼的火花，也不愿做孤独苍老的恒星。

人存在的意义是生活，而不只是活着。

我不会浪费时间试图延长自己的寿命。

但，我会耗费生命中的每一秒告诉世人，我曾经来过。
