继续重复昨天的生活。

早上起床,喝水。

早上7:30吃早餐,吃了叉烧肠粉、饺子和菜心,吃到有饱的感觉。

重复昨天的工作。

回家吃午餐,吃蔬菜差不多到饱,再吃几片瘦肉,最后吃两三口白饭。

晚餐在饭堂吃了一点点蔬菜、一点点类似鸭肾的肉和两口白饭,回家吃蔬菜到饱。

在微博上看到某医生说肉汤里脂肪含量相当高,我相信,所以我不喝汤。
