A.基础


一、遵守道德准则

定义:理解和坚守教练道德准则和教练准则。


1.遵守个人道德准则,诚实与客户、发起人和相关利益干系人沟通。

2.理解和尊重客户个人特性、环境、经历、价值观和信念。

3.与客户、发起人和相关利益干系人沟通时,使用正确的语言,并表达尊重。

4.遵守ICF(国际教练联合会)的道德准则和核心价值观。

5.对教练过程中涉及的客户信息、合约信息和相关信息进行保密。

6.保持教练、咨询、心理治疗和其他专业支持之间的区别。(只做教练,不做其他非教练事宜。)

7.在有必要情况时,需及时转诊客户到其他专业机构。(如存在心理疾病或自杀倾向时)。


2、保持教练模式

定义:以客户为中心,建立和保持开放、好奇和灵活的教练思维。

1.尊重客户可以为自己的行为和选择负责。

2.作为一名专业教练,持续学习和发展自己的教练能力。

3.持续训练,在实践中不断提升教练能力。

4.对客户内容和文化的可能影响,保持对自己和他人的觉知和开放的心态。

5.使用自我觉察和直觉,来让客户受益。

6.建立和保持对自己和他人的情绪管理能力。

7.在开始一个教练对话前,让自己的逻辑和情感做好准备。

8.当有需要时,可以从外在寻找资源进行支持。


B.合作的教练关系

3、建立和维持教练合约

定义:作为客户和相关利益干系人的伙伴,建立起清晰的教练合约,关于教练关系、教练过程、教练计划和教练目标。在教练全过程中的每一场教练对话都有非常清晰的合约。

1.解释什么是教练,什么不是教练,向客户和相关利益干系人清晰阐明教练过程。

2.清晰说明在教练关系中,什么合约是可以达成,什么合约是不能达成的;什么是可以提供的,什么是不可以提供的;清晰说明客户和相关利益干系人在教练过程中的责任是什么。

3.清晰说明在教练过程中涉及到的合同条款、费用、日程安排、中断、保密信息等等相同信息。

4.帮助客户和相关利益干系人建立起整个教练过程中的教练计划和教练目标。

5.和客户成为教练过程中建立起相互协作和支持的关系。(教练和客户和睦相处)

6.在教练对话中,帮助客户确认或重新制定新的教练合约。(达成新的真正想要的是什么)

7.帮助客户找到他们的信念/想要/问题或其他客户想达成的成果。

8.帮助客户确认他们的成功或想达成的目标。

9.帮助客户管理教练过程过程中的时间。

10.在一次教练对话中,围绕客户想达成的结果或方向上进行对话和探索,除非客户调整他们想要的成果。

11.当客户提出中止教练关系中,尊重客户的选择。


4、建立和维持信任和安全的氛围

定义:帮助建立安全的、支持的环境,允许客户自由探索。建立起互惠和信任的教练关系。

1.努力尝试和理解客户在教练过程中的内容,包括个人信息、环境、经历、价值观和信念。

2.对客户的个性、观念、风格和语言表示尊重,并适合客户风格。

3.承认和尊重客户的个人风格、洞察和教练过程中的任何探索(work)。

4.对客户表现出支持、同理和关注。

5.承认和支持客户表达感觉、观念、担心(顾虑)、信念和建议。

6.使用开放和透明,向客户显示真诚和建立信任。


5、保持教练状态(Presence)

定义:保持全然的好奇和存在状态,支持客户。保持开放、灵活、有原则和有自信的状态。

1.保持聚焦、观察、同理和适应反应(reponsive)。

2.在教练过程对话中保持好奇。

3.在教练过程中,保持情绪状态稳定,不被客户影响。

4.在教练过程中,即使客户处理强烈情绪状态时,也保持自信和情绪稳定。

5.即使当面临不熟悉的情境时,也可以保持舒适的状态,继续与客户进行工作。

6.通过沉默、暂停和回应(Reflection),建立和维持教练空间。


C.有效沟通

6、积极聆听

定义:聚焦在客户在说了什么,没有说的是什么,对此保持全然的理解,使用客户思维和客户语言去理解客户正在表达的是什么。

1.深入理解客户所说的内容、信息、环境、经历、价值观和信念,帮助真正理解客户。

2.回放和总结客户所说,帮助澄清和理解。

3.识别和探索更多,比客户所说。

4.注意、识别和探索客户的情绪、能量切换、非语言信息和身体语言。

5.结合客户的内容、语调和身体语言,帮助全面理解客户所说。

6.辨别主题和模式,透过所有教练对话,可以识别客户的行为和情感的变化趋势。


7、创造觉察

定义:引导客户觉察和学习通过工具、技术和有力提问、沉默、隐喻和比喻。

1.当决定采用某种工具或方法时,考虑客户的经历。

2.通过挑战客户来创造客户觉察或洞见。

3.对客户的思考、价值观、需要、想要和信念等进行提问

4.对超越客户现有思考的部分进行提问。

5.在某个时刻,邀请客户分享他们经历了什么。

6.在过程中注意观察,是什么促进了客户的进展。

7.根据客户的需要,调整教练对话的过程。

8.帮助客户确认是什么因素影响了当下和未来,包括行为模式、思考或情感。

9.邀请客户提出如何帮助他们前进的新想法,并且他们愿意去做的。

10.帮助客户创新新合约。

11.分享教练的观察、洞见和感觉,不带强迫的,有可能帮助到客户的新学习。(有可能激发客户的新潜能)


D、支持客户学习和成长

8.促进客户成长

定义:帮助客户把学习经验和洞见转化成行动,促进客户自由选择。

1.支持客户集成新觉察、洞见和学习,整合进客户的世界观和行为。

2.帮助客户确定目标、行动和负有责任,整合和扩展新的学习。

3.承认和支持客户的承诺,在设定目标、行动和整合方法

4.支持客户从行动步骤中去验证潜能力量和学习。

5.邀请客户去探索如何前进,包含所需资源、支持和可能障碍。

6.在教练对话过程中或结束时,帮助客户总结学习成果和洞见。

7.庆祝客户的进展或成功。

8.帮助客户结束约谈。

Definition: Partners with the client andrelevant stakeholders to create clear agreements about the coachingrelationship, process , plans and goals. Establishes agreements for the overallcoaching engagement as well as those for each coaching session.

1. Explains what coaching is and is not anddescribes the process to the client and relevant stakeholders

2.Reaches agreement about what is and is notappropriate in the relationship, what is and is not being offered, and theresponsibilities of the client and relevant stakeholders

3.Reaches agreement about the guidelines andspecific parameters of the coaching relationship such as logistics ,fees ,scheduling, duration, termination, confidentiality and inclusion of others

4.Parters with client and relevantstakeholders to establish an overall coaching plan and goals

5.Partners with the client to determineclient-coach compatibility

6.Parters with the client to identify orreconfirm what they want to accomplish in the session.

7.Partners with the client to define what theclient believes they need to address or resolve to achieve what they want toaccomplish in the session

Definition: Focuses on what the client is andis not saying to fully understand what is being communicated in the context ofthe client systems and to support client self-expression
