Here are a few schedule details I would like to confirm with you as following to secure a efficient preparation for your stay in Beijing:

Arrival Time, April 7th, Friday, 19:00 p.m. (Beijing Time)

I would be waiting for you at the International Arrival Exit (in front of a Starbucks store) with a red and white board presenting our LOGO. In case we miss each other from the crowds or other unexpected circumstances, please contact me via my mob. 86 1234567.

If things going well, we could arrive at the Hotel by around 10:00p.m. I suppose a good sleep is needed after the long-time journey. As the free weekend would be coming after that, we would love to help you plan for that if needed.

As we discussed, the official meeting with executives of our company would began from 10:00 a.m. Monday morning (April 10th), I would also be at the lobby by 9:30 am, and we could have a 10m walk/ 5m drive to our company.

Another tips, daily temperate here may change greatly, a variety of cloth maybe a better choice for your 8-day stay in Beijing.
