A serviced apartment is a completely furnished apartment available for both short-term and long-term stays. They are inclusive of utility bills and of provide all the hotel-like amenities such as maid service and reception or 24 hour customer service.

Allowed on Residential zones and may be considered on mixed-used sites where residential component can be allowed.

Minimum 7 days rental period.

Developed/managed under one ownership; no strata subdivision.

NOT allowed in Landed Housing Areas.
