我们在吃第五口饭是不会焦虑自己为什么还没有吃饱，什么时候能吃饱，但是我们在学了一个月英语时，却焦虑怎么还没有学好，什么时候能学好，有什么快速学好的方法，我现在是不是方法不对············

终于找到这段时间行动力不足的原因了，而答案在S今年第一堂年课里，果然重听会有更多收获。
