1. 关爱他人健康

  • 看到别人气色不好,怎么说?怎么了?有什么不舒服吗?

    • I don't feel well. I'm tired

  • 给予实际关怀

    • I'm bringing dinner Thursday. Do you want lasagna or chicken?

  • 直接表达关心,让他知道他不是一个人在战斗

    • I care about you, you are not alone.

3. 不要说得话

  • There's always someone worse off than you are.

  • Stop feeling sorry for yourself.

  • No one said that life was fair.

  • It's your own fault.
