Why is Jules so successful after only 18 months?

I couldn't agree more that Jules was the kind of person who was disgusted with sexism, and she took full advantage of a woman to help her win in the business field. 

1. She knew how to inspire her employees to work in high spirits. As ben said he never saw any other people did more inspire than she did.

2. She knew women's psychology of shopping, especially those worked hare in the workplace, who were the most potential customers of her company.

3. She knew the requirements of her customers, and what's more she can offer them with goods suitable for their demands. This made Ben quite admire her, as we knew it's not a small case because Ben ran sales and advertising in a phone book company before he retired. He never easily flatter others.
