练习感悟：
1.听是越来越好了，但是复述有点差了。听写也还可以，有些助动词会自己替换，正确率也不高，因为对自己要求不高。复述还是要继续加油，还是先把文章读懂，慢慢做，比较快。
2.虽然把每句话的时长大概标出来了，但还是没有头绪不知道怎么练，用qq每段录音？因为我不是跟读录音，所以自己独立朗读时长还是不准确，看来还是跟读适合我，还是先把总时长把握好，要求太高也不行。
3.有些单词，长但是读的短促，就能明显感觉到舌头的力量不够，不顺畅，多练习。
4.好久没有练习音标了，赶紧把一些比较好练得音标练完，继续和元音较劲吧。晚上的时间太仓促了，还是得白天。
