＃认清你的头发类型
头发类型有三个维度组合而成：你的头发的自然形状（直的，波浪的或卷曲的），头发的质地和你的头发的数量。你的头发是容易定型的还是飘逸是最容易确定的。你的头发该怎么打理最自然？我发现我最好的做法就是顺应自然的头发形状。如果自然干燥的头发就打扮成直发加点小波浪。直接尝试使用直发棒或者加点小卷都是不错的。但是复杂的小螺旋卷发只会让我闹心，所以顺着你头发本来的形状吧
Find Out Your Hair Type
Hairtype is a combination of three things: the natural shape of your hair(straight, wavy, or curly), the texture of your hair, and the amount of hairyou have. The shape or flow of your hair is the easiest to determine. What doesyour hair do naturally? I've found that the best thing for me to do is go withmy natural hair flow. It's straight with a small wave, if dried naturally. I'velearned that either using a straight iron or trying for some nice waves ispersonally the best for me. Trying to make pretty little spiral curls in myhair will just make me angry. Just go with the flow y'all!

发质就是头发的质地（好像是句废话） 也是每根头发的纹理和质感。
精细：有细毛的人头发非常柔软而细滑。细毛头发很容易飞起来，所以用物理方法很难卷曲。如果是染发剂倒很好用，但是容易伤害发质，特别是经常烫染的话，所以要克制。
中等：中等纹理的头发也被描述为普通质地（人群中大多数是这种发质）。如果你的头发是正常的纹理，它通常需要冷烫和卷曲就好。它是头发类型中最易处理和最常见的纹理。
粗毛发：粗毛发一般很厚但有些柔软的感觉。这种头发的好处就是非常强韧，见过大风浪，所以即便烫染几次相对细毛来说伤害小很多。但是不好的是化学处理需要更长的时间且对于药水的要求更高，不然很难“屈服”
Texture
Hair texture describes each strand of hair.
Fine:Peoplewith fine hair have very soft and thin individual strands. Fine hair tends tobe fly-away and hard to curl. It can take well to chemicals, but gets damagedeasily, especially if overly processed.
Medium:Mediumtextured hair is also described as normal texture. If your hair is normaltextured, it generally takes perms and curls well. It is the most manageableand the most common texture in hair type.
Coarse:Coarsehair strands are very thick and somewhat wiry feeling. The best part about thishair texture is that it's very strong. This means it doesn't damage easily. Thenot-so-great thing about this hair is that it requires a longer time to processand doesn't take well to chemical treatments.

Amountof Hair
The amount of hair you have can bedetermined in many ways. The simplest is the pony tail test. Take a regularsized elastic band and sweep your hair up into a pony tail. Now count thenumber of times the band wraps around the hair.
· 3+ times = Fine hair
· 2-3 times = Medium hair
· 1 time = Thick hair

了解清楚自己的头发类型后就要弄清楚自己的脸型了。测试自己脸型的方法也有很多种类。一种方法是将你的头发全部梳起来（如果有刘海的话梳起来）然后对着镜子看自己。然后带泡沫的香皂把你脸部的轮廓勾勒出来，你就可以确定他的形状了。但我更喜欢用更科学精确的方法来丈量出你脸部的形状，并且把尺寸数据记下来。1.横向量出你颧骨两侧的尺寸2.把下颚最宽的部分量出来3.确定你额头中最宽的点，一般来说，最宽的一点将在你眉毛和发际线之间的某个地方。4.量出你发际线的顶部到下巴底部的长度。
Find Your Face Shape
Now that you've figured out your hair type,the next thing you'll need to figure out is your face shape. There are also alot of different ways people use to figure this out. One way is to tie yourhair back from your face completely (pin up those bangs if you have 'em), andlook into the mirror. Now, take a bar of soap and outline your face todetermine what shape it is.
The method I prefer is a little morescientific. Another way to find out the shape of your face is to take somemeasurements with a tape measure or ruler. Take and write down the followingmeasurements:
1.Measureyour face across the top of your cheekbones.
2.Measureacross your jaw line from the widest point to the widest point.
3.Measureacross your forehead at the widest point. Generally the widest point will besomewhere about halfway between your eyebrows and your hairline.
4.Measurefrom the tip of your hairline to the bottom of your chin.

＃关于脸型识别
鹅蛋脸形：脸部的长度是宽度的一倍。按照我们之前的测量步骤你的额头会比你的下巴宽。通常椭圆形的脸部有突出的脸部颊骨。理论上讲椭圆形面孔适合任何发型。
圆脸形：圆脸的长宽大致是相同的。往往脸颊也是挺宽的。椭圆脸型：长脸的长度会比宽长，并且额头，脸颊骨和下巴线宽度相同。椭圆脸往往有一个尖下巴。
心型脸：心型脸和鹅蛋脸有点相似，脸颊骨和额头较宽，下巴较窄。和鹅蛋脸的区别在于下巴会比他更尖一些。
方型脸：和圆脸一样，方脸长的很宽，脸颊骨头，额头和下巴尺寸大致相同。方形脸型的最大特征是下巴非常有角度和平方。（这种脸型比较英气，所以在选择发型的适合要增加女性的柔美元素）
三角形：三角形面是与心形脸倒立过来的版本。下巴线最宽，脸颊和额头较小。
About the Definition
Oval: Thelength of the face is one and a half times the width. Your forehead measurementis wider than your chin. Usually oval faces have prominent cheek bones. Ovalfaces can theoretically wear any hairstyle.
Round: Roundfaces are about or just as wide as they are long. This face shape is the widestat the cheeks.
Oblong: Oblongfaces are longer than they are wide. Their forehead, cheek bones, and jaw lineare about the same width. Oblong faces tend to have a prominent chin.
Heart: Heartshaped faces are similar to an oval. They have wide cheek bones and forehead,and a narrow chin. The chin tapers to a smaller point than in an oval though.
Square: Like around face, your face is about as wide as it is long. Cheek bones, forehead,and jawline measurements are about the same. The biggest factor in a squareface shape is the jawline is very angular and squared.
Triangle: Trianglefaces are the reverse of the heart-shaped face. The jawline is the widest, withnarrower cheekbones and forehead measurements.

层次感会放大你脸部的优点。如果别人说你的笑容很美，那就把注意力放在嘴巴部分，如果你的眼睛很美，可以尝试用刘海来强调眼睛部分。
Find a Match
Now, with the info I've gathered from thefirst few tips, I like to find someone (preferably an actress) with similarattributes. For example, I'm either an oval or a heart. I've heard both, so thefirst thing I'll do is search online for actresses with heart-shaped faces.We'll go with that because they are less common. One of the names that came upwasEmma Stone. Now, I'm going to search forEmma Stone's hairtype. I'm in luck becauseEmma Stoneis reported to have fine texturedhair like mine. Now I can search different hair styles ofEmma Stoneandfind a ton of new hairstyles to try.
You can find several actresses with your faceshape and hair type until you find one with a style you like and want to try.
Another thing to look at when looking at astyle match is facial features. I love Meg Ryan's short shag from back in theday, but my facial features aren't as cute as hers (i.e., my nose), so I try tostick with longer styles to soften that particular feature.
Layering is a good way to make you bestfeatures stand out. If people say you have a nice smile, get face-framinglayers starting at mouth level. If you get compliments on your eyes, try somebangs to add emphasis there.

对着镜子问自己，我的发型需要的护理程度高吗？当你在选择发型时，要记得问清楚你的造型师她的日常护理的诉求如何。如果你的生活是个大忙人，很潮流的发型和颜色需要很多时间还要资金来护理保养，保持她的炫酷造型。那么就不要做这个会让你抓狂并且后悔的决定。选择适合自己的风格。如果你热爱运动或者经常旅行。选择可爱和容易打理并且时尚的发型就可以。
Hairstyle Fit Your LifeStyle
Lookin the mirror and ask yourself, "Is she high maintenance?" When youare narrowing down hairstyles, ask your stylist how high maintenance each styleis. If you have a busy life and not much time or money to keep up with a styleor color, don't do it. It will just end up driving you crazy. Choose a stylethat fits who you are. If you're sporty and always on the go, pick somethingcute and easy over something trendy.
