Call to undefined function Illuminate\Encryption\openssl_cipher_iv_length() 2019-05-20

在使用Composer安装Lavarel后，在服务器通过url地址访问时，报错。

详情报错如下：Call to undefined function Illuminate\Encryption\openssl_cipher_iv_length()。

解决方案：经排查解决方式为php扩展里面没有安装php_openssl.dll，在php.ini中将extension=php_openssl.dll前面的；去掉重新启动即可
