3.1 Tackling Procrastination: It’s easier and more valuable than you think

If you prioritize something, you treat it as more important than other things.

cram

If you cram things or people into a container or place, you put them into it, although there is hardly enough room for them.

neural

Neural means relating to a nerve or to the nervous system.

fend off

If you fend off unwanted questions, problems, or people, you stop them from affecting you or defend yourself from them, but often only for a short time and without dealing with them completely.

choke

When you choke or when something chokes you, you cannot breathe properly or get enough air into your lungs.

devise

If you devise a plan, system, or machine, you have the idea for it and design it.

irrational

If you describe someone's feelings and behaviour as irrational, you mean they are not based on logical reasons or clear thinking.

innate

An innate quality or ability is one which a person is born with.
