Tech is secondary, primary is product.

I am working on Ruby on Rails and iOS. Recently, I was busy in training one of my colleague on Rails. He got a good time since he got an experienced one to work with. While he is enjoying exploringthe new tech,  I do not have so much heart on the techie side of the work any more.

Since iOS 8 comes out, every iOS programmers will set a new beginning line, that is the language ofSwift. The young ones may learn less fast than the seniors, but the significance cannot be much.

As people lead their head on how to do, I look more at what to do. After all, someone has to think more on what way to lead.

To keep the competitive advantage in career, always identifies the truer meaning of real values!
