6 DOs

1. Quotable 金句封装：tell stories, use anecdotes and don’t lecture; put your conclusion first and use simple sentences—avoid jargon/buzzwords

2. Clear 数字是魔鬼：use facts, examples and easily understood statistics

5 DONTs

1. Don’t stare at the camera. Just ignore it.

2. Don’t Ummm… and Aah…. Rephrase or repeat the question if you need a moment of reflection without allowing an awkward pause.

3. Don't over-gesture: Use gestures to demonstrate enthusiasm, but not too much.

4. Don’t eat too much before the interview.

5. Don’t wear bold colors or stripes, unless you’d like to be considered as a fashion icon.
