Yili observatory released a weather  report of a gale wind and snow by a drop in temperature and a warning signal of high winds blue at 13o'clock on Jan, 30, 2017:  It   will generally see  moderate snow of 2-3mm on 23 evening  to 24 whole day, part  area of north and east will be 6-10mm  heavy snow, mountain areas will  see snowstorm with west winds of grade 5-6,  gust up grade 7-8 . The temperature lowers 5-6degree celsius,  it will  be  sunny,  the lowest temperature  in flat area lowers to  below zero12- 15degrees  celsius,  the  lowest temperature  will  be  below zero18- belowzero 22degrees celsius. This time weather will bring adverse effect for traffic and farming,  to take precautions against please.
