Essay 116 May 1 Loving Yourself

Were, are, will be you loving yourself? I love  myself, was,  am and  will. Maybe  some  one will  say I am  a selfish person. I want  to  say I love myself  and love others. That is not contradiction, not  clash,  and think  loving yourself  and  loving others  can get along in harmony in  the  world.

Long  long  time ago,   from we  were  children, we  were educated by teachers, parents and media, loving  party, loving motherland, loving  people, never educated to love  yourself. So often happened something舍己救人.  But  nowadays  we are educated  that on the condition of self protection  to save others. This  is  a respect,  respects  your  life.

My other viewpoint is, make  you are confident to  love  yourself. Confidence  is  a base to do everything well. Life  is  full of  ups  and downs. Loving  yourself, to be full  of  confidence  to  miss  the   challenges,  you will  find of  a excellent  yourself,  and  you  will  able  to love  youself  more.

Actually  loving  yourself  is  not  simple  and  easy. eat well, sleep  well, play well,  no problem. This  is  basic human needs, But if just  like  this, I don't think  so, loving yourself means  you  have  to continually  promote  your personality. That  is  a quality life.
