高德地图－始终获取屏幕中心点的地址（或经纬度）

在使用高德地图之前需要现在高德地图开放平台创建一个APP，会自动生成一个appKey，在工程中使用高德地图sdk时是需要这个key的，然后在自己的工程导入高德地图sdk，高德地图开放平台上有详细的步骤。

1、引入需要的地图框架

2、创建地图以及需要的属性

3、定位代理方法

   //因为这个是后台持续定位的代理方法，所以必须停止定位，否则地图只要一移动就会回到当前所在位置。
   //因为一进入地图就会定位，延迟1s停止定位，是为了能够精准的获取到当前位置，否则可能会出现你定位在当前位置了，但是button上显示的却是别的地方的位置

4、地图区域改变完成后会调用此接口（挪动地图改变经纬度）
