阳光明“May”的“五一”小长假来了！出去玩之前，先看看这些……
今天，“五一”小长假正式开启。据各大旅游平台数据显示，“五一”旅游热度回升，出游人数预计将创疫情以来新高。
携程发布的《2020“五一”旅游消费新趋势大数据预测报告》显示，本地游、周边游成主流；五一期间，全国景区开放数量将创新高，总数超过4000家；门票+酒店的组合也在“五一”期间增长。

On Trip.com, the ticket sales for visiting tourist attractions during the holiday have increased sharply, as over 4,000 tourist attractions across China will open to the public during the holiday, said the report. The sales of ticket and hotel combos for the holiday have also gone up, it added.
不过，看到这样的数据，是不是也让准备出门的你有了疑问：受疫情影响，今年小长假还能不能出游？去哪里合适？又该做好哪些防护措施呢？
4月23日，中国疾控中心研究员冯录召在国务院联防联控机制新闻发布会上表示，大部分近期没有病例报告的地区，旅行还是比较安全的，但目前每日仍有新增境外输入病例或者本土病例的地区，要保持警惕。如果出行，建议就近错峰。不建议老年人、慢性病患者、孕妇等高危人群出行旅游。
Feng Luzhao, a researcher with the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said last Thursday that it is believed to be safe to visit regions where no new cases have been reported for a long period. The elderly, people with chronic diseases and pregnant women also are discouraged from taking trips. Feng said travelers should avoid popular scenic spots or peak visiting hours as much as possible.

15日，国家卫健委高级别专家组成员、中国工程院院士李兰娟也回答了相关问题。李兰娟说，在做好防疫情输入、反弹的工作前提下，复工复产复学以及适当的旅游都是可以的。“大家应该利用这个节日好好地休息，也可以适当地到人员不是集聚太多的地方走一走看一看。在全球疫情形势下，要旅游在中国还是最安全的。”

早在4月13日，文化和旅游部、国家卫健委联合印发通知，要求疫情防控期间，旅游景区只开放室外区域，室内场所暂不开放，接待游客量不得超过核定最大承载量的30%。通知下发后，各地陆续出台了相应措施。
The tourist sites that resume operation should receive no more than 30 percent of their daily visitor capacity, according to the circular jointly released by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the National Health Commission. The reopened tourist attractions should take measures to prevent the number of visitors from exceeding the limit, said the circular, adding that indoor tourist sites should remain closed amid the epidemic.
据北京市公园管理中心4月24日发布，今年“五一”假期，北京市属11家公园中的10家售票公园将首次全部实行“网络实名预约购票、实名验票入园”，建议游客市民提早计划游览时间，预约购票、错峰出行。游客可通过各大公园公布的购票平台提前1至7天预约购买公园门票。
Ten Beijing parks have required real-name ticket booking during the epidemic, according to the Beijing Municipal Administration Center of Parks.
10家公园分别为颐和园、天坛公园、北海公园、中山公园、香山公园、景山公园、北京动物园、北京植物园、陶然亭公园、玉渊潭公园。
据北京市文化和旅游局统计，截至4月26日，北京共有80家等级旅游景区开放。
上海相关部门表示，今年“五一”假期期间上海部分知名景点处于关闭状态：包括东方明珠广播电视塔和上海杜莎夫人蜡像馆等。
此前，东方明珠广播电视塔和上海中心大厦、金茂大厦等高层建筑已经暂停营业。

在刚刚过去的清明节假期中，黄山景区出现了游客扎堆聚集情况，并有游客摘下口罩游览景区，引发了大家对于旅游与安全的关注。
而面对“五一”小长假，黄山景区作出了这样的安排：
黄山风景区管委会4月21日晚在其网站发布消息，景区北大门4月29日恢复开放，每日最大接待量控制在1500人以内。
The management committee of the mountain released an announcement online on Apr.21 in an effort to minimize chances of infection.
Huangshan Mountain will reject visitors from medium- and high-risk coronavirus areas. People subject to the screening measures will not be able to make an appointment for admission, while others are required to make appointments online before arrival.

中国旅游研究院景区研究专家战冬梅指出，一方面，长时间“宅”在家里的公众积攒了较强的出游意愿，却无法成行，“云游”把握住了市场需求；另一方面，科技的进步和互联网的快速发展，为景点开展云服务提供了较为成熟的技术支持，推动“云游”从概念走向现实。
