Eugene Wilson 尤金·威尔逊博士是“EQUIPPING LEADERS装备领导”的创始人,“装备领导”组织是从事领导者领导能力培训以及咨询的专业机构。威尔逊博士专注于通过建立具有共同原则的联盟来帮助领导人和组织获得成长,并著有《再结盟》、《每个人都需要一个组织》以及《领先增长》等著作。他同时也是一名兼职教授以及专栏作者。他获得了瑞金大学商务及全球领导力学院战略领导力博士学位,以及利博帝大学人类关系硕士学位。对领导力培养及企业管理有着丰富的经验。

Session 3: Managing Healthy and Unhealthy Conflict

Dr. Eugene Wilson is the founder of Equipping Leaders, a coaching and consulting nonprofit organization. The author of three books, Realign, Seventy: Everyone Needs a Team, and Leading Growth, Dr. Wilson focuses on helping leaders and organizations experience growth through alignment with universal principles. He is also an adjunct professor and contributing columnist. He earned a Doctor of Strategic Leadership at Regent University’s School of Business and Global Leadership and a Master of Arts in Human Relations from Liberty University.
