程序员月薪过7万，可以落户北京了

告诉广大程序员一个好消息：北京市人民政府印发了《北京市引进人才管理办法（试行）》，该管理办法中规定如若在本市行政区域内的高新技术企业、创新型总部企业、新型研发机构等科技创新主体中承担重要工作，近3年每年应税收入超过上一年度全市职工平均工资一定倍数的「企业注册在城六区和北京经济技术开发区的8倍，注册在本市其他区域的6倍」，符合人才引进计划，可直接落户北京。
解读一下就是：在北京的程序员，如果你的月薪超过7万，那么你就可以落户北京了，再也不用考虑户口的问题了。
但坏消息是：虽然我们都是程序员，但根据我之前采集的数据来看，月薪超过3万的程序员只占整个程序员群体的0.31%，而且扳扳手指头数了数我的月薪离这个值还差……
虽然月薪没达到7万，但是这对我们月薪没达到7万的程序员来说仍然是好消息，近年来各个一二线城市譬如：南京、上海、深圳、武汉、成都等地方都刮了人才引进计划的大风，而且在人才计划中对高新技术人才「程序员」照顾尤为明显。记得两年前在南京的时候，只要是华为的程序员都有概率可以申请非常廉价的人才公寓。
这些好消息都坚定了我们坚定不渝的走在程序员的路上，可能你还没毕业，也可能你刚刚工作了。不管现在什么样的身份都好好努力，成为那优秀的程序员、成为那顶尖的程序员。

A certain multiple of salary “enterprises registered in the six districts of Chengdu and Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone eight times, registered in other districts of the city six times”, in line with the talent introduction plan, can be directly settled in Beijing.

Interpretation is: programmers in Beijing, if your monthly salary is more than 70,000, then you can settle in Beijing, no longer need to consider the issue of hukou.

But the bad news is: although we are all programmers, according to the data I collected before, programmers who earn more than 30,000 yuan a month account for only 0.31% of the total programmer group, and I have counted my fingers and my monthly salary is still far from that value…

Although the monthly salary is less than 70,000, it is still good news for programmers whose monthly salary is less than 70,000. In recent years, there has been a strong wind of talent introduction plans in various first-and second-tier cities such as Nanjing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Chengdu and so on. Moreover, it is particularly obvious to take care of high-tech talent “programmers” in the talent plan. I remember two years ago in Nanjing, as long as Huawei programmers have the probability to apply for very cheap apartments for talent.

These good news all confirm that we are steadfastly on the programmer’s road. Maybe you haven’t graduated yet, or maybe you just worked. No matter what status you have now, you should make great efforts to become the excellent programmer and the top programmer.
