CH6 You are wrong about everything

Guiding Question

1.Why “we are wrong about everything”?

Because we always in the process of approaching truth and perfection without actually ever reaching truth or perfection.

2. What caused “false memory syndrome”?

The memory that will gradually change just like telling a story from a person to another, after telling several people, the story is totally different from the origin.

3.Tell us a story where you had adamantly thought you were right, but later you found you were wrong.

I was easily get angry with my parents at before, and I thought it was all their fault. But now when I seem to get angry I ask myself why I got angry, most of the time it was my own problem. So I 'm trying to calm down when I felt agitated.

4. How to be a little less certain of yourself? Please include a personal example.

Ask yourself the following questions:

What if I'm wrong?

What would it mean if I were wrong?

Would being wrong create a better or a worse problem than my current problem, for both myself and others.

For example, if I get angry with my parents, ask myself these three questions, myself would doubt my previous reactions. This is a perfect way of reflection.
