Mongoose 多线程服务端

mongoose 的 release 版本下载:https://github.com/cesanta/mongoose/releases

下面代码,只适用于mongoose 6.7及其以下版本,从6.8版本开始,不适用该方式创建多线程(使用的是 mg_socketpair 创建全双工的方式实现数据转发)。
