Aspen生产控制Web Server提供了一个模型视图,帮助用户管理那些总是存在的曲线、仅用于控制的曲线以及总是关闭的曲线。

为确保正确的模型管理,请务必遵循以下准则:
•在某一MV停止服务前,请不要把与该MV相关的所有曲线关闭。
•在某一CV停止服务前,请不要把与该CV相关的所有曲线关闭。
•如果曲线存在显著相关性,请不要关闭曲线。

确保斜坡CVs有足够的手段来控制斜坡,并且斜坡CV与STRAMPMVS条目中列出的MV曲线处于启用状态。
决定什么曲线是次要的,测试时应该关闭的一般流程是:若某曲线的稳态增益小于该CV主要处理方式稳态增益的20%,则将其删除。操作员仅通过访问主处理方式即可远离约束,智能向导应用也可以做相同的事情,并且根据数据的复杂模型辨识可能可以使动作更小。

There may be occasions where models are appropriate for control but not for testing. This may be especially true on controller revamps where many of the minor relationships have already been determined.
In general, a tester application needs only the major relationships to avoid constraint violation.
In contrast, the controller application needs both major and minor relationships in order to maximize profitability.

Using one model file for both controller and tester applications
To support the use of one model file for both controller and tester applications, individual curves may be turned off during testing.
Aspen Production Control Web Server has a Model view that helps the user manage the curves that are always on, the curves that are on only for control, and the curves that are always off.

Use the following guidelines to ensure proper model management:
•Do not turn all of the curves for a MV off without taking the MV out of service.
•Do not turn all of the curves for a CV off without taking the CV out of service.
•Do not turn off the curve if a significant relationship exists.

Make sure that the ramp CVs have enough handles to control the ramp and that the MVs listed in the STRAMPMVS entry have curves enabled with the ramp CV.
A general guide for deciding what curves are minor and should be turned off for testing is to remove curves with steady-state gains less than 20% of that for the major handle(s) for that CV. With access to just the main handles that the operator would use to get out of constraint, the SmartStep application can do the same thing and make fewer moves that might complicate the model identification from the data.
