客户来信反映说邮件发送失败,退信内容如下:
reason: 554 Service unavailable; Client host [*********邮件服务器] blocked using Barracuda Reputation; http://bbl.barracudacentral.com/q.cgi?ip=116.231.5.113)
解决方法参考如下说明:
 
1.当你采用outlook express 客户端软件采用尚易企业邮箱发信服务器smtp.corpease.net 或者smtp.c2.corpease.net 来发送邮件给[email protected]时,收到一封系统退信.如下信息:
rThe message to [email protected] is bounced because : SMTP error,
DOT: 554 Service unavailable; Client host [mail3.corpease.net] blocked using Barracuda Reputation;
http://bbl.barracudacentral.com/q.cgi?ip=219.137.86.109
2. 如上信息显示,你所在OFFICE 上网场所的上网公网的IP地址: 219.137.86.109被加入了Barracuda 的黑名单,如果您着急发信,可以打开http://mail.corpease.net 或者 http://mail.c2.corpease.net 进入Web mail来发送邮件,即可成功发送.也可以采用如下方法取消IP黑名单.首先在IE的浏览器地址栏中输入: http://bbl.barracudacentral.com/q.cgi?ip=219.137.86.109 看到如下网址http://www.barracudacentral.org/lookups/ip-reputation,如下图示:
3.如上图所示,点击"click here"按钮.弹出一个新的页面http://www.barracudacentral.org/rbl/removal-request/219.137.86.109 ,如下图所示:
2. 如上图所示:在表单中会显示有IP 地址,需要输入email address ,phone number ,等相信息,然后点击: submit request 按钮,弹出一个新的网址:http://www.barracudacentral.org/rbl/removal-request及如下信息:

2. 以上信息提示 如果这是你的第一次提交,你的IP地址就会在48之内升级为“正常”,即你提交的IP地址 将会从 Barracuda 的黑名单数据库中取消掉.,然后你再用客户端软件发送邮件,就可以成功了.
