使用anaconda安装Tensorflow2.1版本后，import时出现错误：ImportError: DLL load failed: 找不到指定的模块

题主使用anaconda安装tensorflow2.1后，打开python3.7

出现如下报错：

尝试了配置环境变量，升级setuptools,更新anaconda等方法后均未解决，但是降低tensorflow版本，安装tensorflow1.15.2版本后却可以import成功。。。。

解决办法：

出现以上报错的原因是缺少vs2015-vs2019的相关组件，在这个网址(https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe)下载2015-2019相关库并安装再重启后，重新import
