To be a leader, or not.

My objectives is to demonstrate a process.Today I chose the leadership. I will discuss it with you with three points. The first what is the leadership? The second why should we be a leader?  The third how could you have the leadership skills?

What's the leadership? I got it from one of Ted speeches. When I was dancing, someone saw it. Said that , looked at that guy. he was foolish. I still danced. At the same time, I called bob to follow with me. So bob danced with me. The people said two idiots. Then we called benny and niki to dance. Then people looked it. Em, it was interesting. And asked may I dance with you. Of course. So more and more people come to dance. None though I was foolish. They thought me as a leader. Every one could understand what's leadership?

Ok, let's analyze how it works? As this activity, who played the key role ? Me, bob, benny or niki? All. Why?  As the first dancer, I was laughing at as a fool. With bob ,benny and niki joining in. Make People change their mind. So maybe the followers were more important than the the first. The former dancer were all leaders. They influenced others. So the leadership, it wasn't a person. It was a team. So open our boyfriend at first. A leadership it appears to be the capacity to look ahead, thinks ahead, plan ahead, and then influence other people to go ahead on the plan. How could you be a leader? At first you could be a club officer. toastmasters is a great place to practice your leadership skills. As a member of toastmasters for four years, I learned the skills from a assistant of secretary. At that time, my president weiwei yang always pushed me to do a lot things. I still remember as assistant secretary I will do agenda, i will do the poster on wechat. I learned a lot from it. Then fall into love with it. The another i wanted to mention is our competent leadership manual. At the New member orientation, I learned how to read from governors from Beijing. So my suggestion is to be a officers or assistant of officers. And read the manual carefully and put it into practice in real life. Life is our teacher.
