好程序 Good programmers

在园子里面看到一个文章（http://news.cnblogs.com/n/92449/） 是关于讨论西方程序员对东方程序员看法的文章。顺着链接进去看了看，感觉西方的人做事都很负责 一个问题的讨论都能讨论得那么深刻。（原文链接http://programmers.stackexchange.com/questions/50831/how-do-programmers-in-the-west-see-programmers-in-the-east）

在17楼里面关于一个好程序员与差程序员的评论，觉得很有价值，核心的东西保存过来留着，没事的时候瞧瞧！

Good programmers are curious  （有好奇心，求知欲）
Good programmers read online blogs and articles and try to learn more about their field （读别人的博客，写博客，想在自己的领域学到更多的东西）
Good programmers answer questions on Stack Overflow （在Stack Overflow上回答问题，这一条对于我们不实用 我们博客园 CSDN就够了）
Good programmers with 1-2 years experience or more understand that their Computer Science education wasn't a waste of time (拥有1 - 2年工作经验好的程序员或许更明白,他们的计算机科学教育不是浪费时间)
Good programmers can think outside the box （会跳出固有的思维模式）
Good programmers are also good leaders （是一个好的领导者）
Good programmers are proactive and don't need to be told what to do （积极向上的，不需要别人告诉该做什么）
Most importantly, good programmers are also good communicators. The best programmers are the ones who can persuade others. They're the ones who can patiently debate a problem with another peer until a solution is found.(程序员的交流更重要)

The biggest challenge is communication.

Whatever the challenge, don't ever stereotype yourself or others. You have just as much potential as anyone else and vice versa. Just remember that you can do anything that you really put your mind to!（无论怎样，都要记住不要一成不变，你拥有和其他人一样的天赋，反之亦然。记住只要你真的用心去做了，没有什么事是不能完成的）
