Experiences from Implementations (Case Study or Project)* (+) Setting Up Company Structures (organizational units in mySAP Business Suite) Integration and Dependencies 二、参加考试的情况   A.考试过程和总体情况 下面是我参加 PA的考试的各 TA试题分布和得分       TA（ Topic Area）                                   题量                           得分 Periodic Processing                                        6                                77 Planning                                                          5-6                            75 Overhead Order                                              5-6                            78 Controlling Org Type & Master Data             17                             74                  Implementation                                               1-2                            100 Schedule Manager                                           5                               53 Payment Program                                            6                               73 Solution Manager                                            3                               60 Profit Center Accounting                                6                               77 Financial Master Data                                  10-12                           83 Do***ent Control                                        14-16                           87 综合得分 77 分析：只有 77分主要是因为 Schedule Manager 和 Solution Manager 答的不好，而这两个 TA也是我考前最担心的，因为我只是考前随便看了一下，而 Weight比较高的 Financial Master Data 和 Do***ent 我都答的比较好。 考试总共 3个小时是以倒计时的方式计算的，刚看题的时候有点紧张，一开始头都是晕的，大概过了十分钟思路才比较清晰。 特别要提醒的是，由于考试是通过网络连接到 SAP总部，网络会缓冲，所以考试过程中会出现只有选项没有问题的情况，这个时候我还以为出问题了，搞的我急急忙忙打电话找工作人员（当时真是急得满头大汗啊），后来她叫我继续做下面的题，之后再返回去做。（以后各位看官考试也有可能出现这种情况，注意不要紧张） 我在剩余 1小时 10分钟的时候答完的题，深吸一口气之后开始检查，一个个选项的检查，大概检查到 70道题的时候，头太晕了，感觉问题不大，就下决心交卷（这时候离考试结束还有十分钟），点了右上角的 Exit图标，大概 2秒钟后，屏幕上出现了 Congratulation 的字样和我的总成绩和每个 TA的成绩，看到成绩我兴奋的用力握紧拳头挥了一下，狠狠地叫了一声 YEAH！（因为旁边还有一个上海的女生在考 SD，不敢影响她）。 考完之后我就跑到楼下的太谷城中心 shopping去了（其实也没买多少）。。。。。。（此处省略文字数千） 总结：考试规定时间 3小时，完成试题时间 1小时 50分，检查时间 1小时，提前 10分钟交卷。   B．少量试题回顾及复习提示 考试画面介绍： 选择考试的Event(就是你考哪个模块) 输入用户ID、名字、密码和考试语言 （以上信息由考试工作人员提供，考前会发一张纸） (如图1) 考试题型介绍 考前工作人员会介绍考试的题目类型 主要有两类： 单选和多选 单选是 radio button也就是排他选择，选了一个不能选另一个，两分一个。 （如下图2） 而多选则每个选项你都要选择是 True 还是 False，每判断对一个一分 比如一个题目 ABC是 True,DE是 false;而你给的答案是 AB-True, CDE-false. 那么你能得 4分，因为你有一个判断错误，就是 C。（如下图3） 试题回顾 关于考试的题目，我无法回忆起多少，请诸位原谅，再者每个人考试的题目都不一样，所以只能有参考价值，而不要太花心思在所谓 mock test或 sample question上，但是有一点试题还是会有帮助的，让你知道具体考啥。   以下是我能回忆起来的原题： 1．比如 currency，在各个 TA中都是不一样的，它会问以下哪个正确： 选项一： PCA中主要用到 Transaction Currency, Controlling Area, Currency和特殊的 PCA Currency 选项二： CCA中。。。。 。。。 2．还问了：以下那些是内部订单： a. Goods issue b. Confirmation of PP in production Order c. Expense posting in Financial Accounting d. Purchase 中的采购订单 e. Goods receipt 而且这个题目在我考的试题中出现了两次，分别在不同的 TA（奇怪） 3．还有一个我印象非常深刻就是关于solution manager中的role以下哪个是不正确的？ a. Project Manager b. Application Consultant  c. Development Consultant  d. Technical Consultant e. System Administrator f. Support Engineer g. Help Desk 这些题目都是我记忆中的，其他的我也想不起来了。   总结：SAP试题它的问法是比较奇怪，它不会问你Clearing会有哪两种方式，它会以一个实例来问你，这就要看你是否真正理解了PA教材的内容并与结合实际经验的能力了。 复习提示：Weight高的TA要注意细节，Weight低的要注意全面。至于考试内容，我倒觉得一定要全面复习，一开始你可以按 TA复习，但是到最后你一定要将各个 TA综合起来。 FI， CO，实施每个部分都重要，没有重点和非重点之分，因为考试是随机抽取试题，所以一定不能自认为是非重点的就不看。 至于我的复习时间：10月份之前，参与了一个EF的项目，所以只能下班之后回家看1-2小时。10月份之后稍微宽松了一点，复习时间增多。   三、关于认证的想法 很多人都说认证只是一张纸，我同意，但是认证实际上也是对你对SAP的理解的一种检验。光有认证没有实际项目经验肯定会碰钉子；但光有实际经验有时也往往会由于接触面狭窄而犯经验主义的错误，因为每个人接触的项目是有限的，你只能对你做过的项目的solution有比较深的理解。 所以我认为证书可以对于你全面理解SAP的架构及solution有帮助，对实际项目中没有遇到的过的问题起一个指导作用；而实际项目经验又能加深你的理解。 当然每个人的学习方法都不一样，每个人对于证书的看法也不一样，我们不求苟同。但是对于深刻理解SAP的追求大家应该都是一样的。 抛了块砖，等玉出来：）   附:拿到认证,我觉得有许多人要感谢 : 经验丰富的Benny, 热心的Kitty姐和York.还有我的同事 Peter Yu, Bo,Joshua,Annie....等等 ,这一切都离不开他们的帮助 . 其实我一直觉得做事就是做人 ,考认证也是一样 .
