Neo4j的安装及一些报错的解决

遇到的问题：
1启动beo4j时遇到下面的问题。
2018-11-04 05:45:24.783+0000 ERROR Failed to start Neo4j: Starting Neo4j failed: Component 'org.neo4j.server.database.LifecycleManagingDatabase@1d05cbae' was su ccessfully initialized, but failed to start. Please see the attached cause excep tion "Store and its lock file has been locked by another process: C:\app\neo4j-c ommunity-3.2.13\data\databases\graph.db\store_lock. Please ensure no other proce ss is using this database, and that the directory is writable (required even for read-only access)". 这里错误的出现时，解决看方法
当时出现这个原因主要是我在命令行打了bin\Neo4j start
所以我直接bin\Neo4j stop就可以了。
2.在打开http://localhost:7474时，第一次页面空白，后来换了个浏览器就好了。后来又出现ServiceUnavailable: WebSocket connection failure. Due to security constraints in your web browser, the reason for the failure is not available to this Neo4j Driver. Please use your browsers development console to determine the root cause of the failure. Common reasons include the database being错误提示。解决方法是官网
