scikit_image‑0.14.1‑cp37‑cp37m‑win_amd64.whl

将下载的文件放到Python安装目录下的Scripts目录下

x:\Python xx\Scripts

 

帮助文件放在顺手的地方，以备不时之需。

 

去到Python安装Scripts目录下，再使用pip install xxx.whl安装，先装Numpy\Scipy\Matlotlib包，再安装scikit-image，Scikit-Learn。

这个过程保持联网。

 

直到返回 成功

 

在python中输入“ import skimage ”， “ import sklearn ”，验证安装是否成功
