EOF报错

                               ***java排错—报错EOF***

java.io.CharConversionException:EOF的原因是因为在httpServletRequest对象的健值中包含有“%”，然而在action中需要用到两个类：java.net.URLEncoder.encode()和java.net.URLDecoder.decode()；由于在java中并不支持对“%”的自动解析，所以要进行解析和编码的过程，就像http页面在传输时的那种编码解码，这里用encodeURIComponent和URLDecoder.decode(URLDecoder.decode(xxxxxx,“utf-8”),“utf-8”)来编码和解码。
