Because of the idea is to learn to get higher and higher and higher and higher

因为这游戏的目的就是要让自己振频更高，更高，更加的高!

And the stakes are learning to be yourself

赌注，就是学习如何“成为自己”

Now if the game of poker is truly representative of one of your expressions of acting on your highest excitement

如果你对玩扑克乐在其中、热情如火、欲罢不能

Then all the information that you may need will come through that particular expression

那你成为扑克牌高手所需要的的任何信息都将自动到来

If it is in fact truly representative of your excitement,

前提是：它的确是你的“最高兴奋”

But we have to take this on a case-by-case basis

Because obviously there are people who go into certain kinds of games like that from anxiety not excitement

And then because they have entered the game through anxiety,

They are approaching it from a negative point of view,

And instead of extracting the information that they would extract if it were really representative of their excitement,

They simply fall into the idea of negative spiral that you call addiction

于是他们就陷入了恶性循环，你们称之为:上瘾

So a person have to be very clear

因此，一个人必须非常清楚，

whether or not an expression like that is truly representative of who they are of their excitement,

这种游戏，是不是真正代表他的兴奋

And if it is, then they will be able to find a winning hand in all the ways we may mean that

You talked about creating addiction.

你之前有提到“瘾”的形成

It seems like it has something to do with that adrenaline rush,I guess it people enjoying with risk.

喜欢冒险的人，是不是跟他们的肾上腺素有关系？

Well, not really.

不,并不是这样子

The adrenaline rush that comes from people

那些通过做自己喜欢的事情，而分泌出足够，

doing things that they enjoy doing in that sense

从而让自己身心愉悦的人

is not the same thing as relying on the adrenaline rush to fill a hole of emptiness within them

跟那些内心空虚，认为自己无法填补这个空虚，

that they don't believe they can fill in any other way

而依赖外在肾上腺激素来满足的人，是不同的

That's what the addiction comes in.

于是形成了瘾

That's probably true of most addictions that

这可能是大多数瘾真正原因

It's true in all addictions.

所有的瘾，都是这样的

It's an attempt to fill in emptiness that they don't know how to fill themselves

瘾都是为了填补内心的空虚，因为他们不知道如何让自己完满

Because of what they believe to be true about their lack of worthiness, and their lack of self empowerment.

因为他们认为自己无价值，自己没能力

That's what all addictions come from

所有的瘾都是这么来的

It is interesting that not everyone who doesn't love themself has addiction

有趣的是，不是所有不爱自己的人都有瘾

Oh, really?

哦，真的是这样的吗？

You want to rethink that?

你不重新考虑一下吗？

All addictions are not always apparent.

所有的瘾不都是很明显的(不容易发觉)

But they are there.

You can be addicted even to the idea of experiencing victimhood, self-doubt, lack of self worth

受害者的心态，自我怀疑，自我价值缺乏，这些都是瘾

Those things that actually create the emptiness can themselves become the addiction

这些心态带来的空虚感都可能让你形成“瘾”

Because you get hooked on that feeling

因为你可能迷上这种感觉

and thinking that's the only thing that there is that you can draw upon to fill the hole

并且认为你只能通过这种方式来填补内心空洞

which of course it never will

然而这样，你永远都填补不了

Because it is the very cause of the emptiness to begin with.

因为这个“洞”，一开始就是它造成的

And that's where you get into the addictive cycle

于是你进入了这个“瘾”的循环

So the emptiness actually comes from the person cutting themselves off from their higher self,

所以空虚人，真正的原因是他切断了跟真我的连接

Yes!

是的！

I mean, at least not experiencing it fully.

我的意思是，至少他们没有完整地与真我的连接

So they don't get to experience the unconditional love of their higher self.

所以他们也感受不到来自真我的无条件的爱

And then that leads to the emptiness and that leads to addiction.

于是便导致了空虚，导致了瘾

It leads to an attempt to fill it from an external source,

它导致人们试图从外在获取东西，来填充这个洞

As opposed to understanding that you simply are full, when you connect internally to your source

而不是进入内在，与自己的源头连接，从而明白自己是完整

Now All That Is going to get something out of it, no matter what you choose.

不论你做何选择，一切所是（神）都能从你的体验中有所收获

Because even if you choose to pretend that you're not yourself,

因为即使你选择假装自己不是自己

you're still doing in the way that only you can do that,

So it's still unique

这体验仍然是独一无二的

and all that is is still learning and experiencing itself from that point of view,

So all that is always get something out of it,

Even when you pretend you're not,

So why not join the flow of the game,

instead of resisting the flow of the game

And get out of it who you really are, learn who you really are

Playing the truth hand that you're dealt

带着悟道的真理，上人生赌场

And then life will never be experienced as a risk or a gamble

你的生命将不再是风险，或是赌博

And you will always have a winning hand!
