E-commerce refers to the buying and selling of goods or services online.

Many people use e-commerce websites every day to buy clothes,book movie tickets,and pay their bills.

B2C stands for "business to consumer”

Retailers such as clothing stores are examples of B2C businesses.

Some people believe that shopping will be done solely online in the future.

Multichannel,强调的是采用多个渠道同时作为销售和订单完成的途径,不强调各个渠道之间的联系和顾客在渠道之间转换的可能性。

Omnichannel,强调的是客户可以选取自己认为最方便的模式在该公司下任意渠道之间获取信息,进行采购,并且最终取得商品的无缝连接的过程。
