Let's pretend I take you out for a walk or a long run in the beautiful scenery parks.

It's a Saturday. We don't see a lot of people on the walking trails in the early morning. But the recreational parks are full of people. Children are playing ball games. Their parents are watching, coaching or socializing.

There are baseball games, soccer games, or Lacoste games. Even some of those children appear very young, they were still fully dressed for those games with bright color uniforms and full protection gears just like the pro players.

And their parents were also serious about their children's sports games just as if they were watching some professional ball games. There are so many opportunities for the children to participate in such young ages, it's funny to see some of the very young children playing soccer that they all followed a single soccer ball all over the place. Sometimes when they scored, nobody could tell which side of the player kicked or bounced the ball into the net!

I also saw a young father working hard with his son in a caged area, giving order loudly and patiently watching the child performed. What a wonderful time the father and the son were enjoying! You worked hard on weekdays. On the weekends, this is how you enjoy your time with your child.

I was riding my bike in the park while listening to an audiobook . It was a memoir of a New York City chef. The stories were so vivid in details that I'm thinking about making some seafood pasta myself just to try the methods that I heard from the book.

The book was also well written with some powerful words. For example, an Italian chef said "The oyster should be cooked like it 'swell like a woman being aroused'" when he commented on how the dish should be prepared.

Here is another one: An old lady chef tolled the author "After all, what else do you put in another person's body, you know what I mean?" I've never heard anything like this before. So, I guess as a chef, you cook with love and passion.

And then as the story goes, the owner of the restaurant was introduced to an empty building in the former Meat Packing District of Manhattan. He decided to open a new, 500 seats, 4 Michelin Star restaurant because he was so successful. And they named the new restaurant "El Postal".

I was so surprised to hear this name since I have been there a few years ago and had a wonderful dinner with my family. The food and the service were very impressive, so was the prices. But to dine in that kind of restaurant, you expect very expensive food. All you have to be careful is, watch the wine you are ordering because their prices can be skyrocketing!

Ok, I have finished my morning run and then biking. My total exercise took more than two hours. And I have finished telling my stories this morning. Although they seemed boring, these are my live and up to date thoughts. Now it's your turn, my readers. What're your stories?
