注意：RAM有8个，每个RAM有2个Section，可以在Power设定每个Section掉电后的状态。
注意：Code RAM and the Data RAM are the same physical RAM
两个RAM使用了地址映射公用了RAM空间。
注意：退出各种节电模式时引起内存的数据变化。

FLASH起始地址：0x0000 0000 至 0x0008 0000。
