webpack "extract-text-webpack-plugin" 打包报错loader is used without the corresponding plugin

有个项目用到了vue+webpack ，run bulid的时候一直报

后来发现是nodejs的版本太高，我用的6.x的版本，降到4.x版本就不报错了，具体原因未知
