解决pip setuptools wheel安装

1. 为了安装pip，需要先下载get-pip.py：
   

   #curl https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py -o get-pip.py

2. 安装pip：
   

   #python get-pip.py

安装完后显示：
Installing collected packages: pip, setuptools, wheel
Successfully installed pip-18.0 setuptools-40.2.0 wheel-0.31.1
