是因为字符串中没有配置SSL这个配置项。
需要在连接字符串中加上useSSL=false/true配置。

会报错，翻译过来是对实体“useSSL”的引用必须以“；”分隔符结尾。
具体的来说是因为:Html和Xml 文件中的特殊字符需要转义
